The Property

CrossFit PTC is the FUN Gym in Peachtree City.  Quite simply it is the best body re-composition program on the planet.

Results are achieved through a mix of high intensity workouts and sensible diet.  We offer group classes and personal training.  Our staff of well-trained coaches focus on teaching proper technique and movement first in a fun, yet challenging, environment.

Here, we believe everyone is an athlete regardless of age, experience or background.  Workouts are scaled to your individual ability.

At CrossFit PTC, we believe you should judge a program by its effectiveness, efficiency and safety.  After more than nine years of changing lives, we will stack our record in all three areas against any one in the area. Our coaches are here to help you reach your fitness goals through constantly varied functional movements. The intensity is high, but we promise our program yields results you’ll be able to see and feel. The workouts are varied; you won’t get bored. Each workout can be scaled to suit your unique level of fitness and skill. We will get you moving safely and efficiently. This will reduce the effect of stress in your life while improving your focus and concentration. Join us and get started with a stronger, fitter, and healthier life.

Private Training

While we love the energy and excitement of a group class sometimes individual fitness and strength needs are different from the needs of the group. WHY PRIVATE TRAINING? Perhaps some of these reasons sound like you. New to fitness training and want an additional level of confidence Sport-specific training Form improvement and Skill work Significant movement restrictions oCustomized mobility programming Nutrition consulting Unique schedule – (performance industry, executive, etc) Individualized programming – programming to the needs of your competition schedule Desire for hybrid training – You like group classes, but want to do something else some of the time, i.e. with open gym time (Work with a coach, develop program, some private coaching, some open gym) Distance coaching programs (video assessment, custom programming) Achieve that skill you have been working on: examples (pull up, hand stand, hand stand push up, muscle up, Olympic lifts).

Body Composition testing

Most people come through our doors looking to “lose weight and get toned.” The problem is that losing weight is a very ambiguous goal to set and consequently stick to. Body Composition Testing gives very accurate measures of body composition. From body fat, to lean body mass, dry lean mass (muscle tissue), and total body water. It measures quickly and non-invasively in under 1 minute, and is accurate within over 98% of the DEXA, the gold-standard in body composition analysis. We’ll spend time with you going over the results sheet, explaining what everything means and how to interpret at the data.
